History
The firm of Universal Hydraulik GmbH was founded in 1983 in Frankfurt am Main by a group of experienced hydraulic specialists (formerly Racine).
In 1990 Universal Hydraulik obtained from Thermal Transfer the heat exchanger representation for Europe and the Middle-East.
In 1992, Universal Hydraulik obtained the world-wide representation for Racine (except for the USA) from Bosch USA. From this point, systems are built and sold using mainly Bosch products.
In 1993 the company occupied its first own building in Neu-Anspach in Frankfurt am Main.
In 1996 the production facilities and office space was expanded in the 2nd extension phase by a total of 750 m2.
In 1997 Universal Hydraulik obtained the regional representation for Mahle filters.
In 1998 a large piece of land was purchased (4,500 m2), for the initial construction of a works (750 m2) for the heat exchanger department.
The complete work is in use since autumn 2000 to be able to offer a maximum number of heat exchangers ex-stock.
The construction of another office floor was finished in 2003.
In 2003 the production of Heat Exchangers started in Czech Republic.
In 2005 a new and bigger production building was bought in Putim, Czech Republic.
