German Lloyd Permission

The UKM-series now has the German Lloyd permission. This permission is often demanded for seawater applications. Therefore the heat exchangers are particulary manufactured, which affects price and delivery slightly.
If desired the heat exchangers can be tested individually by a GL-examiner and be equiped with a single certificate.

Oil Water Heat Exchanger for in tank mounting

The new UKC-G series from Universal Hydraulik is specially developed for installation in tanks and gear boxes. The UKC-G can be simply mounted in existing threaded connections of tank heatings. Available in 17 sizes with cooling surfaces from 0.15 up to 0.43 m2 and thread sizes of 1.5" and 2". Maximum operating pressure 10 bar, maximum operating temperature 95°C.

Cooling Filter System for tank-mounting

The FNK concept is an integrated cooling-filter system, developed by Universal Hydraulik together with Argo Hytos. The standard cooler sizes 500 and 700 could be build together with the related filter.

Low noise Screw pump for high pressures

A similar concept like the low pressure screw pump (SSP) is the new HSSP serie. The benefit of the low noise could be now extended to high pressures up to 250 bar (double pumps also available).

Oil Air Heat Exchanger OCA

OCA-Series for big performances in mobile and industrial Applications

This series is new developed by Thermal Transfer Products. It is very efficient for big cooling performances, high oil volumes or high viscosities. The product is very robust and developed for heavy duty applications. We deliver hydraulic motors for mobile usages. Combinated coolers (oil, water, charge air) could be produced by request.

Oil Air Heat Exchanger D- and M-Series

D- and M-Series: Oil air coolers for robust mobile applications

The D- and M-series has been developed by Thermal Transfer Products. It is widely used for oil and fuel cooling in various mobile applications. The steel-copper frames and the steel air fins are well established for robust applications. The air fins last longer than the classical brazed aluminium cooler. The coolers have a 12/ 24V fan or are directly mounted in front of the engine cooler.

Oil Air Heat Exchanger PTÖK

The PTÖK is a oil air cooler integrated in pump carriers. Available in 4 sizes from 1 kW up to 5 kW cooling performance at 1500 rpm. Operating pressure max. 16 bar. Return line- or leakage cooling.

Oil-water Heat Exchangers UKM and UKTM

The UKM and UKTM series are a logical further development of a tube-bank heat exchanger for a wide range of industrial applications. This range is particularly effective due to the additional cooling area, and offers volumes up to 650 l/min.
